The Committee of Permanent Representatives (COREPER I) mandated the Presidency to enter negotiations with the European Parliament on the Proposal for a Regulation simplifying the transfer of motor vehicles registered in another Member States within the Single Market. Member States by qualified majority also endorsed the change of the legal form of the legislative act and to turn it into Directive.
